(More customer reviews)this is not a tutu.im very disappointed,and feel the picture was missrepresented.two layers of fabric.the picture does not have light going throught thr garment.there is no way i can make this thin thing wearable to go to the ballet for 4-yr old little girls.breaks my heart.
