(More customer reviews)The spaces between the criss-cross lines are holes. It is very difficult to get them on and when you take them off they tangle and you end up with a useless mess. You can't untangle them. To get them on you have to put your hand in first and guide your leg in to avoid going thru the holes. I thought they would work for a show costume but they are awful. They wouldn't take them back without a fight and it still cost me $10 for nothing.
