The babydoll consists of two panels of fabric hanging down the front and tied around the neck and bust with a 1/2 cm, slightly elastic ribbon. For some this may serve its purpose, especially since the ribbon allows a person to adjust the size, meaning one size really does work for most. Personally, I found the picture to be a bit deceptive, as it looked like a flyaway babydoll and is really just two strips of cloth hanging down the front. The babydoll also has a pocket on each flap. Both the babydoll and the panty are 100% polyester ("Hand wash" & "Line dry"). The panty has an open crotch and also has another slit in the front about an inch and a half long above the bow. The panty waist is slightly elastic ribbon but otherwise is not adjustable for size, so it will fit some well and others not at all. The stethoscope, as expected, is only plastic (a cheap "dollar store" toy), some minor assembly required, & red to match the outfit.
