(More customer reviews)My daughter just got this tutu for her birthday and it is wonderful! The tutu netting is very soft, not at all scratchy like some netting can be. The satin bow and waistband are also very nice and are a nice quality. I like that this item is washable too. My daugher just turned 3 (but is tall for her age) and this fit her very well, she wears a 4T and there is plenty of room to grow.
