(More customer reviews)I ordered 2 musical dresses for my 4 1/2 year old twin nieces who live in Florida. The dresses were ordered at least 2 weeks ago. My mom just opened the box today, and only one of the dresses the "Blue Danube Waltz dress" was sent. The "Pink Swan Lake" dress was missing!!! In addition, it turns out that it is indefinetely out of stock!!!
I called the customer service line and they told me that they never guaranteed that it would be there by Christmas (a lie since they advertised free shipping in time for Christmas etc) and that it was out of stock and didn't know when it would be in stock again. The woman on the phone also would not give me her name, and could not guarantee me a refund and stated that the business department would e-mail me in the morning.
Of note, I had also ordered a ballet video and a set of four princess books for my nieces all also indefinetely out of stock!!!!!!!!!!!!
How am I to explain to my niece that one twin and gets a dress and you don't.
TAKE HOME POINT: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH "MUSIC FOR LITTLE PEOPLE" - EVER, OR YOUR CHRISTMAS FOR YOUR LOVED ONES WILL BE RUINED LIKE MINE.
